Juliet Kearns - Pastel Portrait Artist  At Brighton Bulletin we are always trying to help businesses raise their profile and build awareness of their products or services. I have recently received an email from Juliet Kearns. Juliet is a portrait artist - who works in pastels. She also paints nudes and mermen for a "Adonis Art", a gallery in Earl's Court.
